  • The term "Website" refers to the Website

  • The terms "you" or "your" designate the user of the Website.


The company Wingup - Carnel Sébastien hereinafter "Wingup" is the operator of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and provider of the services offered by this same Website. Your personal data will be completely deleted from the database when your account is deleted. Only your name and surname will be kept as long as they are registered in the pedigrees of other users in order not to delete the origins of their pigeons.

Stored data that are no longer required to achieve the stated purpose will be deleted.


With regard to the deletion of data, it should be noted that we are subject to legal provisions that require certain data to be retained and are therefore obliged to comply with them. A. Facebook plug-ins (Like & Share button)

Plug-ins from the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook") are integrated on our pages. You can recognise Facebook plug-ins by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button on our page.

B. Instagram

C. YouTube

Access to our Website by underage users is only permitted within the framework of our Terms of Use. Since Wingup requires a bank payment or PayPal account for full use, it is assumed that the responsible guardian or parent has given permission for that underage persons to become a member.

You can request that your user account be deleted by clicking on "Delete my account" from your settings. Content or other data provided by you, which is not stored with your user account, such as your first and last names appearing in the pedigrees of other users, data concerning pigeons or races, will be retained, even if your account is deleted. Thus, the pedigrees of other users will not be affected by your eventual departure.
